Name: Tara Logan
Age: 27
Date of Birth: December 29th
Birthplace: Shalour City, Kalos
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Homosexual
Trainer Class: Ranger, East Operative
Face Claim: IA from Vocaloid
Appearance:
Height: 5' 10"
Distinguishing Features:
-Tara wears a pair of glasses when not working and a pair of contact lenses when she is working as her glasses are likely to be damaged when out in the wild. She also keeps an extra set with her just in case something happens to her lenses in the wilds.
-Tara has a large scar across her stomach from where she was struck by a wild Ursaring when rescuing a child who got lost in the wilderness.
Personality:
Tara Logan is for the most part a very stalwart and kind sort of person. She is unlikely to back down from anything and in her line of work, this can be quite important for dealing with a wild Pokemon on a rampage. However, this can also translate into a stubbornness when dealing with others that can be at times quite frustrating. Additionally, Tara is a very honest person. A bit too honest infact, verging on being brutally so in many a situation. At the same time, she believes this brutal sort of honesty is the best way for people to learn from foolish mistakes or bad choices and does it not because of cruelty, but for a want of the person to learn a lesson. Tara has a deep-seated desire to help out anyone that she can in order to make the world a nicer place for both humans and Pokemon. Ultimately it's this same desire that drives her forward into the future as well. Some might see it as a bit childish though, so she tends to keep quiet about her real motives for becoming a Ranger. She also has an odd habit of replacing curse words with more mundane ones.

History:
Tara Logan grew up in the Kalos region, in a moderately sized city in the northern part of the region called Shalour City. She first became a trainer at the age of 10 as many young aspiring kids do. Her first Pokemon was gifted to young Tara by her mother, a Kirlia that had traveled with and fought beside Tara's mother when she too had been a traveling trainer. Together the newly formed duo set out to adventure in the Kalos region and for a couple of years, Tara was content to explore the land while capturing a couple other Pokemon that would come to travel with her. But after a couple more years had come to pass, she decided that she wanted to see more of the world. Departing from her homeland of Kalos, Tara first set off to the land of Unova.
There she would spend a few more years of her time, traveling across the new land and taking in all of the beautiful sights. Tara also began to take a liking to wilderness exploration, going into places where others feared to tread. Acquiring another couple of Pokemon that would come to be part of her long time traveling companions, her party as it's known today almost completed. The only thing it lacked was a certain blue miscreant with an appetite for all the fish in the world. Infact, it was a fishing trip that had resulted in the mischievous Totodile's appearance, causing havoc before it was paralyzed Tara's Kirlia and then captured. And so Tara's time in Unova would come to an end with a bit of a bang. She grew restless once more and so began to scout out somewhere new to move on to.
And so Tara Logan came to the region of Aina. After her usual routine of traveling about the land, Tara decided to go with a bit of deviation from the usual. She had loved exploring the wilderness and so signed up to become part of Aina's Pokemon Rangers. The job allowed her to both enjoy her pastime and make a nice paycheck along with it. The ability to help other people meant that the wanderlust filled trainer liked it even more. Tara was finally ready to settle down after a couple more years passed, buying a house in Hala City, a nice sizable place that sparkled like a jewel for those who desired civilization among the wilder locale of the "East Side" in Aina. For Tara though, it was just a reprieve from her time in the wilds when she worked to locate lost objects or hikers gone off the path. Occasionally a wild Pokemon might fly into a rage after someone invaded it's territory or for some other reason that provoked it to go out of control.
Before her promotion to Operative on the East Side it was actually a combination of a rampaging Pokemon and a missing child that would distinguish her. A child had gone missing from his parent's campsite and Tara was called in to investigate along with a couple of other Rangers. The group set off quickly to follow the child's trail before it went cold and eventually had to split up after hitting a dead end. It was Tara that had managed to find a new trail with help from her Houndoom's ability to pickup and track scents. However, the place it led was a potentially deadly one. Searching out the area Houndour had sniffed out, Tara eventually came to a cave where she found the missing child. However, a sudden roar broke the silence in a rather ominous way. The child had somehow stumbled into the den of an Ursaring and the normal occupant had just arrived, quite displeased with the sight of two humans in it's den. Tara sent out her Pokemon to do battle with the wild Pokemon and ordered the child to stay far behind her. The battle was pitched and hard fought, Tara having to recall a few of her Pokemon until only her Golurk and Kirlia were left. Luckily no blow had been fatal yet, but the Ursaring was a terrible foe. At one point the Ursaring turned it's back to the Ranger and her charge, closing in on Tara's Kirlia with a bloodlust in it's eyes. It raised a gleaming claw to deal a rending blow, but with a cry of how stupid her action was, Tara leaped into the fray and onto the back of the Ursaring, one arm around it's neck before reaching around and punching it directly in the face as a distraction. The Ursaring was not pleased. It easily threw her off and with a slash of it's claws, tore through her clothing and left a scar across her stomach that remains to this day. It towered over Tara and was once more preparing to deal a fatal blow, but was interrupted by a blast of psychic might from Kirlia. Her power was stronger than average, having seen her trainer hurt and in the midst of the battle evolved into a Gardevoir in her outrage and desire to protect Tara from being hurt any further. Together, Gardevoir and Golurk finished off the Ursaring, Tara hurt but able to stand. The battle was finally over and with the Ursaring down for the count, she was able to take the child back to his parents, blubbering all the way in joy.
