Pokemon Wanted: Chinchou
A deep sigh escaped from Dylan's mouth as the blue-haired trainer stroll down the Red Sand Beach for the third of fourth time. He wasn't that he disliked coming to the beach. In fact, he loved being surrounding around water because it often kept his feeling calm and save. However, what he didn't like about this particular beach is the fact that majority of the Pokemon, who choose to live here aren't Water-Types. Therefore, it makes it a little more challenging to encounter the Pokemon that he wish to add to his each. "I honestly don't understand why so many other types are taking over this beach." He sighed, shaking his head as he glances over at the Froakie hanging from his left shoulder. "It kind of makes me want to do something to drive all of the other types away from here and restore this beach back to place where Water Pokemon can live happily with each other and not have to be worried about other types like Steel and Electric-types coming here to take over their home. Though, I know that wouldn't be fair of me to do such a thing." He sighed again, shoving his hands into his pants pockets. "Well, maybe today we'll find a couple of decent Water-types." He added, attempting to sound more positive about their current situation.

From a distance, Dylan's keen eye sight would pick up on the image of what seemed to have been a flashing light floating away from the end of the shore. His eyes soon shimmered from excitement as the thought of possible causes of a flashing light roaming around the shore. "Morris, I think we've finally found what we've been hoping to find for a while now!" He spoke before jogging towards the bright light. He knew that Chimchou were known to communicate by flashing their antennas each at other. Therefore, if his hunch is correct then there would deb a Chinchou waiting for him at the end of the shore.
Once he arrived towards the end of the shore, it would find a Chinchou splashing around in the azure water. "I knew it!" He smirked, snatching one of his Poke Balls from around his waist and tossing it into the air to release his Lotad. "Cadence, we're going to capture this Chinchou, I want to use Energy Ball!" The Lotad danced around happily before shooting forward an orb of green energy into the direction of the Chinchou. The orb of energy quickly bushed against the Chinchou's body, causing him to stumble out of the edge of the water and onto the soft, red sand. The Chinchou soon retaliated with a powerful jolt of electrify, that quickly struck the Lotad's body and almost even touched the blue-haired trainer an his Froakie. "Whoa!" Dylan yelled, leaping out of the way of the Discharge. Luckily, the Discharge wasn't too effective against Cadence. "Use Giga Drain!" The small lily pad resting on Cadence back soon started to glow a stunning emerald hue as she sucked energy away from the Chinchou and using the stolen energy to restore her own health. The Chinchou was now weakened, but still managed to have enough strength to fight back.
The Chinchou soon shot forth away Discharge. The Lotad would absorb the hit rather well before shaking it off. "One last Energy Ball!" Cadence attacked the Chinchou with another Energy Ball, this time bring the Pokemon down in defeat. Smirking. Dylan would toss a Poke Ball at the weakened Pokemon.
Lotad used Energy Ball. Chinchou used Discharge. Lotad used Giga Drain. Chinchou used Discharge. Lotad used Energy Ball. Chinchou fainted. Dylan used a Poke Ball.
