Dylan held the small Pokemon Egg tightly and safely in his firm arms as he stepped inside of the mysterious cave that was believed to contain fossils. Earlier that day, a package had appeared to Dylan from his parents back home and within the package was the unique looking Pokemon Egg. Apparently, his father had managed to bred a new egg especially for his beloved son and he wanted to give to him as a small award for winning his first Gym battle. Unfortunately, he didn't know what Pokemon was wanting inside of the egg. However, he was quite confident that it would be a Water-type of some sort. Scanning through the rocky cave with his Marill traveling along side of him, he would search for the perfect spot to possibly dig up a rare fossil. Once finding a spot, he would pull out the new digging kit that he had purchased at the local mart then gently place the egg into his bag. He would start digging for about ten minutes before commanding his Marill to help him out by using his Rock Smash attack.

The last time the blue-haired trainer traveled within the Lava Tube, he failed to find a rare Pokemon Fossil. However, he did managed to find a valuable Stardust that he was able to sell for a decent amount of credits. The long two weeks had finally passed, which meant that Dylan would be able to go digging again with the cave that is believed to be the home of some rare and ancient fossil. He carried his digging kit in his right hand and his Marill's Poke Ball in his left hand as he wandered into the cave for a few for more minutes. Once finding the perfect stop to start digging, he would release his Marill for his Poke Ball. "Okay Wade, here's the plan. I am going start digging around the rock for a few minutes and when I'm done I'm going to want you to use your Rock Smash to destroy the rock once and for all." He stated with a soft smile. The Marill nodded his head and watched as his trainer begin to dig around the rock. A few minutes passed and it was now time for Wade to use Rock Smash. The tip of Wade's round tail start to glow a brilliant white color as it started to store energy. A couple of more seconds, the Marill's entire body started to give off that brilliant white color, due to his Huge Power ability kicking in. "Rock Smash!" Dylan commanded with a smirk. Wade quickly throw his powerful tail towards the half broken rock, using his mighty strength to destroy the half broken rock.
