Personality:
Leneth is a rather outspoken, energetic and joyful young girl, unafraid to speak her mind and voice her opinion on matters, however due to her amnesia these opinions are largely based on things shes heard beforehand, at times making it hard for her to form her own solid judgements on matters. Its this same memory loss that makes it difficult for her to ask questions, fearing looking foolish by having forgotton something she should in all likelihood known.
An upside to her affliction however is Leneth' ability to once again see most things for the 'first time' allowing her a fresh and more insightful view on things other people take for granted.
She is easy to upset, due to her natural lack of knowledge in most areas, but difficult to actually anger and earn the ire of, one having to something truly horrible (take the case with her father's demise) to truly earn her hate.
She is often trying to learn new things about the world around her, a fact that often has her looking into a given situation far more than need be. Through this the amnesic has gained a fasination with Dragon pokemon. While she has no problem with friendly battles with trainers or pokemon she despises actual bounts of moral conflict and such, preferring to avoid them if at all possible (she dosnt feel she knows whats wrong or right regarding them) This makes her very unreliable in such situations, and has once before resulted in the loss of her family. Leneth prefers to show off a Pokémon's appeal and strong points more than anything else, whether it be through battles, contests races... what have you

Loneliness, She is scared to be alone, because she no longer understands the world around her and while she loves to learn about, she'd prefer it not be alone.

I don't know why she sticks around
Leneth was born in Snowpoint City in the Sinnoh Region, her families duty always being to guard the temple in said town-only allowing truly gifted and worthy trainers to enter. However unlike her family Leneth never had the kind of drive or talent needed to protect their temple from intruders. Instead she preferred to help pokemon show off their own strong points and unique traits, whether that be through competition, sparring or simply show off ones features and skill-outside of actual moral conflict. This additude made it much harder for her to bond with her family members who, rather than try to understand Leneth's goals instead constantly tried to sway her towards their more aggressive measures. In fact only her father and his Gardevoir tried to emptize with the young girl. This came to the point that during her families coming of age ceremony she was unable to bond with any of the pokemon her family raised for their children to use due in large part to their incapatable natures-the pokemon themselves having been raised solely for combat, as a result Leneth was unable to bond with, and thus obtain a 'Guardian' (Starter) Pokémon.
She should have stayed gone
Believing herself a failure Lineth ran out into the forest, where she remained for much of that day, until at nightfall she saw smoke rising from Snowpoint temple. Naturally the woman rushed back to the town, only to see a strange, mob like group of thugs attacking the temple. Sneaking in herself Leneth was unable to find any sign of her family, only the many thugs seeming to search for... something their were many times she was almost sighted-only being saved by hiding behind the various ice blocks in the temple.
Upon reaching the fifth basement floor Lineth was met with a horrible sight, her father, grivosly wounded-with Gardivoir bearing heavy wounds herself, the statue said to be the sealed form Regigas was gone. Her father lacked the strength to move, and she found she could not do so without causing further harm to his body. Instead he had his Gardivoir place a necklace, bearing a small slightly cracked gemstone at its center around her neck, and asked a single request of his pokemon-to protect his daughter. Tears streamed from both Lineth's and Gardivoir as the person closest to them faded away.

Both pokemon and human were filled with grief and anger over the loss of their family, and seeking revenge for the fallen made their way out of the temple-meeting the leader of the band of thugs, together with his Electrode-the force of their emotion causing Gardivoir to absorb the energy in the necklace around Lineth's neck to Mega Evolve herself, with downside being that the old gem suffered a huge crack down the middle that rendered it useless from then on. What followed was an intense conflict between the leader and Leneth's and Gardivoir. Only ending with a viscious Explosion sending both Gardivoir and Leneth flying and, unfournatly allowing the gang to escape. An uncounius Leneth fell towards the water, with a gravely weakened Gardivior using the last of her energy to fulfill her trainer's wish, its psychic power forming an energy around Lineth that caused her to float on the water. Gardivoir... the last of its energy used up then passed away with her trainer.
*To note, the next day, after the events were resolved Lineth's family members, along with Gardivoir were buried in the Lost Tower.

It was a couple days later that Lineth was found afloat in the ocean by a research boat in route from the Aina region, upon being taken aboard the boat (and when she eventually woke up) the scientists aboard found she had lost her memory, being unable to recall even her own name. In an attempt to make the amnisic feel more comfertable the captain dubbed her 'Rika' because of the cracked gem around her neck, something that succeeded in calming the naturally flustered young girl. With little knowledge on how to deal with the situation however the crew decided to get in contact with a professer on how to deal with the issue.
And so the newly dubbed 'Rika' was taken to the professor, where the confused young teen hoped to find answers or, at least some form of peace. The profeser gave her a pokemon and gave her the choice to travel the region-as a way to rediscover herself, something she happily accepted.
