Distinguishing Features: As stated in height; she's a little taller than average for her age and stature. She bears a plain tattoo in the shape of a leaf on her left shoulder, but she usually wears long-sleeved clothing so it's almost never seen.
Her hair is also dyed blonde. 

Personality: Seria is the kind of girl who tends to be lost in her thoughts more often than not; constantly in contemplation about her surroundings, constantly thinking about both the future and the past. She can sometimes come off as a bit of an airhead as a result, as most of the time she's constantly thinking of many things at once while doing a given task at hand, so she may occasionally pull off some ditzy moves which results in accidents. That is to say she isn't intentionally clumsy, she can really be a hard worker when she puts her mind to it. That problem is just allowing her to focus on Given Task A without her thinking about points B, C, and D all at once.

That said, she's a friendly person and generally approachable given her calm and seemingly kind demeanor, but it can be hard to talk to her still given her tendency to find herself daydreaming or lost in her thoughts for much too long. As for what she thinks about, well, it will be more clear come to her history, but she's often thinking about the history of Pokemon, and the connection of the legendary Pokemon with basically the world at large. She's only heard stories and myths about them, and sometimes loves to talk about them even if it comes off as needlessly obnoxious - especially if people just don't care, so she needs to be told to be quiet about it.

Though, she is a sport about most things, she understands that her tendency to daydream too much is a fault of her's. Regardless, when you do manage to get her attention and her focus, Seria is a well-meaning, kind-hearted, good-natured person who is very loyal and trusting of friends. On the flipside, she doesn't take betrayal very well, and when she feels bad or troubled, doesn't often talk about it with most people, attempting to mask it behind a facade of wellness. In this case, she often takes to the comforts of nature and its tranquility.

With regards to Pokemon, Seria doesn't regard herself highly in terms of battling, but she strikes a well-rounded knowledge of Pokemon herself and likes to discuss theory on how to raise them or Pokemon diversity.

History: Seria's family were always surrounded with nature, having been initially stationed in Eterna City, close in vicinity to the great Eterna Forest. While this no doubt had an influence in the behavior of the Floria family, who took great lengths to study the natural facilities around their general area, they also couldn't help but notice the great statue located in Eterna City, which speaks of the legends behind the two legendary Pokemon, Dialga and Palkia - said to be harbingers of time and space. Curiosity did get the best of the Floria family, and they soon began to branch out into study regarding Pokemon folklore, attempting to make sense behind what exactly brought into the world the great blessings of nature.

When Seria was born on an auspicious time in Eterna, her parents took the opportunity to sire her into an up and coming historian as well, attempting to link what happened in the past to the legendary powers of Pokemon the world over. Seria's own interest in Pokemon became fostered when Seria, at a young age, was taken to the Celestic Ruins by her parents in an attempt to learn more about the legend of the three pixie Pokemon - Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie. The fresco depicting the three lake guardians enamored the young Seria, who asked her parents what it all meant. Her parents explained to her that the three Pokemon represented the virtues of valor, willpower and wisdom. Soon, Seria began to wonder if it was actually possible to even witness seeing these mythical Pokemon.

Of course, her parents told her that it just wasn't going to happen, given their status as legendary Pokemon, but Seria wanted to believe otherwise, that it was in fact possible to see them. Seria's parents had actually been well-traveled, in search of information regarding these mythic Pokemon, and when Seria found out, she begged them to tell her the stories about all the Pokemon they had heard of - the guardians of the sky and seas Ho-oh and Lugia, the rain dancer Kyogre, the earth shaker Groudon, their master Rayquaza... The list of Pokemon just went on. Seria then and there declared that she wished to make it a point that some day, she might bear witness to them.

As she grew older (at least, grew older relative to her childhood and formative years) and became cognizant of these wonders, Seria found herself seeing things; she had seen a beautiful girl around her age with blonde hair, which was in part a major reason as to why Seria found herself being more drawn towards girls rather than guys. The only relevance this has to Seria's history is the fact that this girl which Seria saw, had been telling her things, encouraging her to pursue this dream as if being egged on. And Seria told her parents about these things, which made them both laugh in disbelief and also worry. Seria herself thought that in order to achieve this goal she should become a Pokemon trainer. She convinced her parents to teach her their ways of defending themselves with Pokemon.

Eventually, Seria's parents relented and decided that on top of these strange lucid visions that almost seemed shamanistic (and almost certainly the influence of some...thing, whether it be a mischievous Pokemon out in the town or some other hallucinogenic substance, though Seria heavily denies this not even knowing what such influences are), Seria had to go out and see the world on her own. Seria's father had a friend who lived in a rather far region by the name of Aina, an archipelago region not unlike the Orange Islands at least in terms of topology. Aina was said to be more of a vacation spot, so when Seria heard of it, she protested heavily, but was told that this would be Seria's first opportunity to learn more on her own and to make new friends and forge new opportunities for herself.

Plus, she might even get to see if those visions of her's had any semblance of truth to them.
