Corenna grinned as she walked next to the volcano. Sure it was hot, but the fire type specialist didn't care, she wanted more fire types! The sunlight was extreamly harsh as she walked along, great for Scorch and Flame to fight in! Deciding she was done with walking for a bit, she called out Scorch. "Ok boy, we're looking for fire types! Think you can give me a ride?" She asked. The Ponyta gave a whinny and nodded. He allowed Corenna on to his back before they two set off again, looking for fire types to catch. Corenna grinned and rolled an empty pokeball around in her fingers. She would catch a powerful fire type!

Corenna ginned happily as she saw the Magby. Not only were they adorable in. Her opinion, they were incredibly strong. Grinning, she hopped off of Scorch. "Scorch! Stomp!" She called happily. The fire pony nodded and stomped on the Magby. Hard. The Magby used Fire punch, which didn't do anything. Scorch laughed as the fire flowed over her and into her flash fire ability. Needless to say, the Magby was quite surprised. Rolling her eyes, Scorch used stomp and the Magby tried lava plume. Feeling pity for the creature, Corenna sighed. "Scorch! Knock the poor thing out!" She called. The fire pony grinned and used stomp one last time before Corenna threw a pokeball at the creature, hoping to catch it so it could learn better moves.

Magby used Fire Punch

Magby was knocked out.

Corenna grinned and did a little dance. "Yeah! I caught a Magby! I'm naming her Ash!" She said happily. Scorch gave a happy nicked at his trainers enthusiasm. Bending down, he allowed his trainer to hop on his back. Corenna grinned and lept on her fire pony's back before grabbing his reins and reading back down towards a town to heal her little fire buddy. As they cantered down the hill, a pokemon flew out of the volcano. It's body was covered in cream feathers and its wings ended in flames. The Moltres glanced down the hill towards the fire type trainer before giving a shrill cry and flying off again.
