Akira's Team
Once more, Akira found herself wandering around for a bit. This time, she was going down the Seabreeze Slopes. There wasn't any particular reason she came this way, but the view of the coast made it well worth it. It was things like this that made her glad she decided to do this whole "Pokemon Journey" thing, even in spite of everything that that happened the when she was younger. She knew she'd have to face her fears eventually, but, for now, she content with simply wandering aimlessly and taking in the sights. And there were definitely a lot to take in, that was was for sure. All in all, she had no complaints.

Akira noticed the Murkrow and blinked. It was one she saw a lot while growing up, so she was rather familiar with it. At least, familiar enough that she didn't feel the need to scan it with her Pokedex. Rather, she quietly debated with herself as to whether or not she wanted to catch it. It didn't seem like a bad Pokemon but, in the end, there was just...something. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but something about this Murkrow gave her an ominous feeling. She wasn't quite sure what it was, but it was enough for her to decide against catching it. Thus she left the Murkrow alone and moved on.

Akira blinked as she spotted a single Tyrogue training by itself. It wasn't quite what she had in mind when she came out here, but she was definitely a fan of its three evolved forms. Granted, she already had a fighting-type on her team, plus a soon-to-be Fighting-type in her Tepig. But...eh. What's one more going to hurt? Besides, her team was growing to be diverse enough that she had room to be a little less picky about what she caught. So, figuring "why the hell not?", she decided to try and capture the small Fighting-type.
As a Baby Pokemon, Tyrogue wasn't especially powerful. Which worked for her, since the Pokemon she was planning on using wasn't either. She immediately sent out her Tynamo, which caught the Tyrogue's attention. Then, before the Tyrogue could act, she called out to him. "Blanka, use Spark!" The Tynamo nodded, with electricity surging through his body as he charged toward the small Fighting-type, ramming into him with an electrified tackle. The Tyrogue staggered back, and tried to shake off the damage. However, static started to course through his body, a tell-tale sign that he was paralyzed.
The Tyrogue made an attempt to fight back, but his stiff muscles refused to let him move the way he needed to. Akira let out a sigh. She felt a little bad, kicking someone while they're down like this. But that's just how it goes sometimes. If you don't take advantage of openings like this, it could bite you in the ass. "One more time! Use Spark!" The Tynamo nodded, slamming into the Tyrogue with another electrified tackle. After a moment of struggling to stay on his feet, the Tyrogue collapsed to his knees, the ability to continue fighting all but gone. With a nod, Akira grabbed an empty Poke Ball and tossed it at the small Fighting-type.
Summary - Akira sent out her Tynamo, Blanka! - Blanka used Spark! The wild Tyrogue was paralyzed! - The wild Tyrogue tried to use Tackle, but it was fully paralyzed. - Blanka used Spark! The wild Tyrogue fainted! - Akira used a Poke Ball!
