Alex watched as the Meditite took the power from Mordio's attack. As he's seen in Morgana's case, it's attacks are truly devastating. "Not this time. Return Mordio!" Alex quickly recalled the Fennekin before she took the powerful blow. Then quickly sent out her replacement. "Khroma, stand in!" Alex sent out the Gligar once more. The Gligar, seeing the Meditite coming, shielded herself with her large pincers. She wasn't going to be able to take much of those attacks, meaning he would need to take out this problem Pokemon. "Be ready for the next attack Khroma." Alex advised.

[rCharm blinked. Thinking to herself, she smiled. She could possibly survive an acrobatics, and all she really needed to do was take the Gligar out. Hopefully the trainers other pokemon wouldn't be so hard. Grinning she decided on a move. "Comfusion!" She called, hoping to Arceus that she'd manage to get lucky and confuse the Gligar. She had to admit, even though she was loosing, she might just have to chat with Alec again sometime. She'd definitely ask him for his number either way. Unfortunately, she hadn't tight Charm and good fighting moves that didn't have to do with taking attacks, so she was limited. Either way, she was enjoying herself.

Thankfully Khroma was able to take the oncoming attacks. Alex was thankful the Pokemon has grown so adept at taking punishment. "Alright to continue Khroma?" He earned a slow nod in reply. "Alright then, Acrobatics!" For all of her defensive prowess this attack made her especially good at dealing punishment as well. Fliying towards her opponent she attempted to barrage the Meditite with quick yet powerful blows in all directions. "I just need to kep the flow of battle in my favor." Alex told himself. "If this keeps up, we'll be walking away the victors of this exchange Eos." Alex whispered to his companion.

Kaitlyn gulped. Reacting on pure instinct, she recalled the Meditite and sent out Kami to tank the hit. Charm had so far proved quite effective against the other trainer, and had so far knocked out two of his Pokemon. The Pikachu that was called out tanked the Acrobatics attack, but since it was so powerful it still did quite a lot of damage, in fact, one more hit would probably take it out. She held her breath as she watched her pokemon struggled to stand up for a second, but sighed in relief as Kami stood back up. She glanced at the other trainer, hoping that she could either knock out or do some damage with her next attack.

He wasn't expecting Kaitlyn to switch out her Meditite. It was a smart moves saving it though. It's power was enough to take down alot of Alex's lower defense Pokemon. Though it begged the question of why her Pikachu. She must have a plan, thankfully the Pikachu was stuck with the brunt force of Khroma's Acrobatics. Though Khroma was incredibly weakened as well. "Alright Khroma, U-Turn." Alex commanded. The Gligar took to the skies, flying towards the Pikachu in an attempt to leave a parting blow. When she returned, Alex already knew what Pokemon to bring out. "Alright Shin, you're up." The Croagunk was the last Pokemon Alex had planned for this battle. When he touched down on the field he brandished his poisonous hands, clearly ready to finish up the battle.

Kaitlyn grunted. That had to hurt. In fact, it looked like Kami was struggling quite a bit. She did hovever give a smile. She finally had something she could hit! "Kami! Use thunder!" She called. Hopefully it would hit, since she wasn't to keen on using rain dance because there was a chance that it would heal the crogaunk instead. Kami nodded and lept into the air, seemingly levitating for a second before she summond down a powerful bolt of lightning to hit the other pokemon, hopefully taking it down by a lot and possibly paralyzing it.

The Pikachu's cheeks started to glow bright before it let loose streams of powerful electricity with Thunder. The Croagunk didn't have time to prepare itself before the bolts struck it's body. When the attack was finished it was clear that he would only be able to take another attack of that manitude. "Alright Croagunk, retaliate with a Poison Jab." Alex ordered. The poison toad's hands started to glow a violet color before pouncing after his opponent with a poisonous punch. Alex was surprised at how well the beginning trainer was fairing, though he also felt a bit guilty. Almost as if he was taking advantage of her inexperience. He had to remind himself the battle was far from over, battles had a tendency to turn favors quickly.

Kaitlyn's eyes widened. She wouldn't really be able to win, but she had an idea. Kami was much faster than the Croagunk, and therefore could dodge it. "Kami! Dodge and retaliate with thunderbolt! She called out. The Pikachu nodded, using her speed to attempt to jump out of the way of the Croagunk. If she succeeded, she would jump into the air and shock the Croagunk, hopefully knocking it out. As she watched the battle, she crossed her fingers a, hoping to knock out the Croagunk. She would be quite happy with just knocking two of his Pokemon out.

Another strong bolt of electricity was enough to bring the Croagunk to a knee, unable to continue further. He wasn’t expecting the Pikachu’s speed, it wasn’t a Pokemon that he’s battled before after all. “You’ve done well Shin. Take a break.” He was now down to two Pokemon. He couldn’t deny the high he felt from battle. The surge of excitement he would receive from watching his strategies go to work, from their counters and his reaction to the counters. “Time to put this into check.” He wasn’t going to allow any more injury on his part. “Mordio, let’s go.” He sent the Fennekin back out. Of the two available Pokemon he had, Mordio was the healthiest one available. “Alright Mordio, Ember!” and she was more than enough to finish off the Pikachu.

And down went Kami. "Ok Charm! You've got this!" She called. "I hope..." She whispered after. Shaking her head slightly, she looked at the Fennekin. "Ok! Charm, use Force Palm!" She called. The Meditite nodded and began to charge at her opponent, her left hand glowing blue as she charged. Kaitlyn was quite worried for her team, knowing that unless she could land a massive hit on both the Gligar and the Fennekin, she would loose. The other trainer was quite strong, and she was proud of her pokemon for lasting that long.
