Name: Vincent Clark Corgain
Age: 38
Date of Birth: September 7
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Trainer Class: Police
Appearance: Vincent is a scary looking fellow for sure. With a somewhat unshaven look and a face covered in scars, he looks like someone who would be working against the police instead of for. His bulky mass doesn't aid him, and his black jeans and black shirt have him shady looking as well. He wears combat boots, and his jet black hair is cut somewhat short. His eyes are blue, and his skin is pale. He wears a white coat over his black shirt. He has a long scar going over his left eye, rendering it completely blind. He is missing his pinkie and middle finger on his left hand.
Height: 6 foot 8
Personality: The first thing you'll think when you meet Vincent is "He is so cold!" That would be a somewhat correct statement, because Vincent hides under a stoic exterior. He doesn't speak of his past and doesn't speak often, so it makes sense that people have been spreading rumors about his involvement with team rocket. These rumors are half right, though he will neither confirm or deny anything. He does have a sense of moral right, and will help others no matter what, just don't expect him to be cheerful while doing it. When he is with Shade, Static, and Fang however, his whole personality changes. He will do anything for his pokemon, and has done quite a few things with them. He is quite fatherly towards them, and this has led to him being extremely protective of them,
Likes: Dog pokemon, the Police force, his pokemon, Sleeping, playing fetch.
Dislikes: Team Rocket, fire, guns, abusers, death.
History: From the second Vincent was born it was like his fate was decided. Born to two Team Rocket admins, it was believed he was to be the next leader. Fang was given to him early on as a birthday present. In fact, Fang was stolen from a day care center as an egg. He began his training at a very young age, though he never really took. One day, he was sent to go capture a Growlithe from the police force, and he was captured during this. While his parents sprung him less than two weeks later, the few things Vince had seen changed him. He started to question everything, and it all boiled over when he heard about an admin abusing an Electrike. Making his mind up, he waited until it was night time before breaking the Electrike out and running. He was caught by some grunts and was knocked out after they sliced his face open.
When he awoke again, he was in a hospital. The right side of his face was bandaged and he couldn't feel it. After a bit of waiting and asking, he learned of what happened. According to the nurse, he was taken here by an Electrike. When he questioned more, he realized that the Electrike was in critical condition. He had learned that the Electrike carried him to the hospital before collapsing, and was apparently burned by an over powered Charizard. Fang had been in his pokeball the entire time, so thankfully he was unharmed. When he recovered, he was questioned by the police, and eventually led them to the rocket base. It took months for the Electrike to heal, and during this time Vincent was hardly ever seen away from the one who saved his life. After a while, the two came to an agreement that they should travel together. And so they did. The police gave the Electrike a prosthetic, yet there was a condition attached. Since Vincent was a former Team Rocket member, he would work for the police force for a while. He eventually got so into it that he chose to become a police member for good.
When he decided to join, he was given an egg to care for at first. This egg was from an old couple who wanted to have their Mightyana's egg to become a police dog. So Vince was entrusted with this egg, and did quite the job caring for it. The only time trouble arose was three days before it hatched. Stolen by Rocket members out for revenge, he was forced to fight them to get it back. This is where Fang lost his eye. He jumped in front of a knife meant for Vincent, and caught it in the eye. They managed to get the egg back and it hatched soon after.
The latest big mission Vincent went on to was to stop a group of Charizard. This is where Shade lost most of her tail, it was bitten off by a Charizard. Since then, Vincent has decided that he would rather die then watch his partners get hurt. He has decided that he will evolve them, and will become strong enough to protect his family, no matter the cost.
Starter Pokemon:
Name: Fang
Species: Houndour
Gender: Male
Move set: Fire Fang, Beat Up, Bite, Ember
Ability: Flash Fire
Other info: Fang has a large scar on his chin that goes to his left eye. His body is coated in knife scars, and he is missing his right eye.
Personality Fang has been with Vincent the longest, and thus is the most protective of his master. He has no problem jumping in front of a knife or taking the bullet for his master, or brother as you are more likely to hear Fang call Vincent. He is quite stoic during day hours as well, often on high alert.
Name: Shade
Species: Poochyana
Gender: Male
Move set: Odor Sleuth, Bite, Assurance, Scary Face
Ability: Quick Feet
Other info: Vincent's police dog. Her ears are torn and he has a scar on her left cheek. She is missing most of her tail.
Personality: Shade is the baby of the group by far. She is the most playful of the three, and gets into trouble the most. Loosing her tail didn't do much for her, in fact, she barely remembers her tail was longer. She may be the youngest and the most inexperienced of the three, but she is very strong.
Name: Static
Species: Electrike
Gender: Male
Move set: Thunder Wave, Thunder Fang, Quick Attack, Bite
Ability: Static
Other info: Static has a crisscross scar on the bridge of his nose. The left side of his body is missing fur, and is completely burned. His left front leg is missing, and he has a prosthetic. He can read and write.
Personality: If Shade is the playful one and Fang is the protective one, Static is the silent one. He doesn't talk. At all. In fact, if he hadn't been seen using growl at certain points, there wouldn't be much of a problem believing that the Electrike was mute. Despite his refusal to speak, he is quite intelligent and will write his plans out with his prosthetic in the dirt. Or on a price of paper.
