And then Charm went down. Groaning, Kaitlyn returned the pokemon. And then she thought. He had revealed all four of his pokemon, and all but one of them would more than likely fall to Kami. Deciding that she was the best route, she summond the Pikachu once again. "Ok Kami! Use Thunder!" She called. She hoped the trainer wouldn't switch to Cinchou again, though if need be, she could just keep switching between Cotton and Kami to take it down. Slowly. Very slowly. The two were basically at a standstill. She could take down every one of his pokemon except for the Chinchou quite easily. That is, if he actually let the moves hit her.
Summary: Charm Fainted Kami was sent out Kami used Thunder

A small chuckled escaped from Dylan's mouth as he witness the foe fall down in defeat Honestly, the Fighting/Psychic Pokemon was the most threatening team member on her team or at least in his opinion. Kaitlyn didn't waste anytime releasing her next Pokemon. It was the Pikachu again. Dylan was quite surprised to see the Pokemon make another quick appearance. For some reason, he expected to see the fire-fox again. "Nice job Wade, return!" He commanded, withdrawing his Pokemon then releasing his Chinchou again to absorb the hit once again. "Luca use Bubble Beam!" Since the Rain Dance would be ending soon, Dylan wanted to make sure that it used it to his advantage one last time. Releasing a soft coo, the Chinchou would release an array of bullet like bubbles towards the Pikachu.

Kami took the move and visibly winced, the water type move doing a lot of damage in the rain. Shaking her head to clear it, Kami looked at the pokemon. "Kami! Use Focus Punch!" Called the trainer, hoping that the extremely powerful move would hit. Her fingers were crossed. She needed that Cinchou gone. She still had Cotton which she hadn't sent out yet, but all he could do was use thunder. Which wouldn't work that well. Though he did have Single Beam, so that was a plus. She was starting to regret her decision of not really teaching Cotton anything. Shaking her head, she watched the battle and hoped for a lucky hit.
Summary: Kami took 54% damage. Kami now has 46% health. Kami used Focus Punch

The Bubble Beam was a success and managed to inflict a decent amount of damage onto the the Pikachu. Unfortunately, the pouring rain had faded away from the battlefield. "Let's keep up the good work, Luca!" He shouted out to his Pokemon, giving him a thumbs up. "Let's give it another Bubble Beam!" He commanded, hoping that it would be more than enough to finish off the Pikachu. It would be nice to have two of his opponents Pokemon down in battle. The Chinchou nodded his head before sending forth another powerful blast of bubbles into the direction of his foe, hoping to finish it off once and for all. If not, then he wouldn't be too much longer for the Electric-type to fall to defeat. "I must admit. This battle is going to take longer than I imagined that it would." He chuckled, glancing over at Kaitlyn.

Kami grunted. The attack, while not nearly as painful as it was before, still took a look of damage out of her. Kaitlyn decided it was time to send in Cotton. "Kami, return. Cotton, Single Beam!" She cried releasing her Mareep. The Mareep nodded and fired the pink bug type beam towards the Chinchou. Kaitlyn hoped this would confuse it, giving her a chance to heal Kami and continue the fight. She chuckled as she heard the other trainer. "It wouldn't have taken nearly as long if you didn't have this damn Chinchou!" She said in good nature.

Of course Kaitlyn would switch out her Pokemon again. An irritated sigh escape from the blue-haired trainer's mouth as he felt himself becoming quite annoyed over the tedious tactics just again. Everything would have been better if that previous Stone Edge from Brock would have managed to take out that fire-fox instead missing its mark. Either way, he felt that battle would be ending in his favor soon enough. He watched as the Pikachu disappeared from the battle field and noticed another Electric-type entering the field. Instead of using an Electric-type move, the Mareep used a Signal Beam. Luckily, the Bug-type move didn't prove to be effective against the Chinchou. In fact, the attack barely caused a minor scratch against Luca's blue body. "Luca use Soak!" The Chinchou would send forth a jet of water to change the Electric-type Pokemon's type to water. Now, it would be a little easier to take this little guy out and even if Kaitlyn decided to switch Pokemon again then the attack would still turn whatever Pokemon she sees out into a Water-type. A simple Thunder should be able to finish off any of her remaining Pokemon.

Realizing that all the Chinchou would try to change all of her pokemons type to water, Kaitlyn made a split second decision. "Cotton! Return! Blaze! Sunny Day!" She called, returning the Mreep and letting the Fire type take the soak. As long as the Chinchou didn't faint the Fire type turned water type, it should be fine. Once the Fire fox had been properly soaked, she shot up a sunny day, since she should be able to take a few hits. Hopefully. As the sunlight turned harsh, she stood strong again, ready to defeate the water type trainer.
Summary: Blaze took the Soak Blaze is now Water Type Blaze used Sunny Day

Surprise. Surprise. Kaitlyn had managed to switch her Pokemon in and out of battle yet again. Now, the fire-fox had made her way back onto the battlefield and quickly released a Sunny Day to power up her fire-type attacks and possible even charge her up for a Solor Beam attack. Dylan thought long and hard for a few seconds. He could counter the Sunny Day with Rain Dance. However, knowing Kaitlyn would probably continue to use the move over and over until her Pokemon scored a Solor Beam. Therefore, he decided to just take another chance. "Luca, use Thunder!" Unfortunately, the super effective attack wouldn't have a perfect accuracy rate seeing that it wasn't raining on the battlefield. However, he just hooped that Luca would get lucky and land the attack. If so, it would definitely be more than enough to take the fox out of the game.

(Actually, it's 50% accuracy in sunlight. For some reason. Either way it hits.)
Kaitlyn grimaced. Switching to Cotton quickly, she let the electric type move hit the Mareep, and sighed as the damage was done. Thankfully, it wasn't a lot of damage and Cotton was still standing. Deciding to switch tactics, she gave out her order. "Cotton! Light Screen!" She called out to the Mareep. The Mareep nodded and a screen of light formed around Kaitlyn's side. Since the Chinchou was a septial attacker, the barrier would be quite useful against that thunder.
Summary: Blaze was recalled Cotton took the hit. Cotton has 80% health left Cotton used light screen, all special attacks are halved.

"Are you kidding me right now?" He hissed out loud, face palming himself for a second as he watched the opponent switch her Pokemon, yet again. It was literally going to drive himself mad if the switching commanded to go on between the two of them. "Alright Luca, use Rain Dance!" The blue-haired trainer commanded his Pokemon. He figured that he would at least get rid of the strong sunlight and stalk out the Light Screen for a bit. The Chinchou quickly performed a graceful dance before summoning up a rainstorm. "Continue to switch isn't going to keep your Pokemon alive too much longer, but I guess I'll have to just prove that do you in a little moment." He warned his opponent with a small smirk.

Kaitlyn groaned. "Really dude? I just set that up!" She asked. Shrugging, she turned back to Cotton. "Cotton! Signal Beam again!" She called. The Mareep nodded and fired the beam at the Chinchou, hoping to lower its hp. Hopefully. She needed to get rid of this Chinchou. As the beam shot towards the opponent, she called out. "Hey, I will give you props! I definatly underestimated water types!" She called out, complimenting the water type trainer with a smile. She hoped she could atleast knock one of his pokemon out. She carefully ran her fingers along her pokeballs, stopping on Chikara's pokeball, wishing she could use him.

"Stand your ground!" Dylan shouted out, watching the Signal Beam jet towards his Chinchou. Luca quickly brace himself for the attack and took it on head on. Luckily, the Bug-type move still wasn't able to inflict roo much damage to Luca's body. Unfortunately, the Chinchou was left in a confused status. He could either take a risk and attack anyway, or which his Pokemon out to another Pokemon. "Luca, use Aqua Ring!" If the Chinchou managed to break through the confusion status, then it would create a veil of water around his body to restore some of his health every turn he makes an attack. "C'mon, I know you you can break through this." He spoke more in a whisper than out loud to anyone else. Chinchou managed to break through his confusion and used Aqua Ring.
If one Luca hits himself. If not, he uses Aqua Ring.

Kaitlyn groaned. Shaking her head, she looked at Cotton. "Cotton Signal Beam again!" She called. The Mareep nodded and once again fired out a beam of energy. That Aqua ring would be annoying to deal with. Shaking her head slightly, she looked at the other trainer. This battle would las quite a while. She was regretting sacrificing Charm. As the rain poured down, she sighed. She was beginning to form a large hatred towards the Chinchou. It was quite annoying to do nothing with it. Since the confusion wouldn't last another turn, she hoped that she'd get lucky again.

"Luca, you know what to do!" Dylan smirked, watching his Chinchou move into a more defensive position as he took the Signal Beam on head on once again. Luckily, this time the attack didn't leave him in a state of confusion. "That's what I like to see, Luca!" He complimented his Pokemon, giving him a soft smile. "Alright Luca, let's use Soak again!" He commanded, awaiting his Pokemon to make his move. The Chinchou would shoot forth a blast of water, turning the Pokemon's body into Water-type again or at least which ever Pokemon she decides to switch out. He was quite confident that the trainer would switch and bring out that fire-fox again. Ideally, he was hoping that she would do just that so that he could go ahead and take it out. Once he used the move, the Aqua Ring would restore some of his health.

Okay yeah. We're gonna let it slide just this once, since there seems to have been a legitimate misunderstanding on the issue. However, switching takes up a turn, just like in the actual games. In other words, you are not allowed to switch and attack in the same turn. The only thing you can do is switch Pokemon to have them tank a hit.
Like I said, we're going to let it slide this time, so long as you keep this in mind for the rest of the battle. That is all.
